Each Pin Box release has artwork printed underneath the foam that holds in the pin. Only look at this artwork if you are happy to see potential spoilers from the series that the pin is based on. This could potentially include later titles in the series.

Pin Box Apparel Sizing Guide

All of our clothing is printed with a Kornit Atlas MAX which prints up to 1,200 dpi. This is what results in our prints being so high quality.

The T-Shirts are Stanley/Stella STTU755, a unisex t-shirt crafted from premium 180gsm 100% organic cotton single Jersey and complete with the signature soft-hand feel. It has classic proportions and features 2-needle 6mm durable top-stitching.

The Hoodies are "Stanley/Stella STSU822" for non-zipped versions and "Stanley/Stella STSM566" For Zipped Hoodies, both unisex hoodies are crafted from a premium 350gsm blend of 85% organic cotton and 15% recycled polyester and complete with the signature soft-hand feel. It has classic proportions and features 2-needle 6mm durable topstitching.

PLEASE NOTE

As a UK company sourcing our clothing locally, the sizes reflected are UK / EU sizing. If you are in the USA, you will typically need to order at least one size bigger although we strongly recommend you go off the measurement below and measure some of your favorite fitting clothes to compare! 

If you have already purchased an item by our brand, we recommend you select the same size as indicated on its label. (The UK/EU one)

Our lowest cost option for those who wish to throw caution to the wind at any cost. Depending on the distance from the UK shipping times can vary from 4 - 20 working days.

This service is limited to smaller orders weighing no more than 700g and is only to select countries. Wall Scrolls must be ordered separately due to packaging and size limitations on this service.

Royal Mail International Tracked / Signed

Our recommend option for a balance between cost and reliability for those who are not as concerned about the speed of delivery. Depending on the distance from the UK shipping times can vary from 4 - 20 working days.

Most countries also have an option for a Tracked & Signed version that guarantees the delivery is signed for at delivery.

This service is limited to 2KG. If your order exceeds that you will only have the FedEx option available. If you wish to split your order then you are more than welcome to. Wall Scrolls must be ordered separately due to packaging and size limitations on this service.

FedEx Connect Plus

For those who want a faster delivery typically coming in around 3 - 7 working days dependent on distance from the UK. There is no weight limit on this service however Wall Scrolls must be ordered separately due to packaging.

Import & Taxes

Pin Box is only liable for any import and taxes for products sent to the UK and the EU under the IOSS scheme. If you are in the EU please read the "EU Taxes" tab next to this one.

Otherwise Pin Box is not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees charged by your government for import. If you are not certain what you would have to pay your government to import a product we strongly recommend you check online or at your local government office.

Other Information

We are always looking to improve shipping rates and have done considerably since 2022, however if you would rather arrange a collection of your order with your own courier from our warehouse please get in touch with our support team and we'll help you do that.

If you are ordering from the EU then you likely benefit from the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) scheme we are enrolled in.

The IOSS scheme makes it so you can place an online purchase and pay nothing on it's delivery. No additional duty, tax, fees at all. The price you pay at checkout is the FINAL price. This means you can make an informed decision knowing the exact amount a product is going to cost you.

Most countries in the EU are a part of this scheme and you can make sure yours is when you get to the checkout page. If you see a charge for "Taxes" then your shipping address IS in the IOSS. For example:

You can see a line of "Taxes" so you know it's using the IOSS scheme and that is the final price you would pay. If you do not see a "Taxes" line then your country is not part of the scheme and you would be charged at delivery as normal.

In the extremely rare situation you do get charged at delivery and were charged "Taxes" at checkout please get in touch with our support team who will make things right.

Please note - The "Taxes" we receive all go straight to your government and isn't something we see any money from. While we can appreciate it increases the cost of a purchase, it isn't something we have any influence or choice over.
